How The Event Photoshoot Process Works


AFTER COMPLETION OF THE EVENT PHOTOSHOOT QUESTIONNAIRE:

  • A discovery call and/or quote will be issued based upon the scope of the work and your deliverables (generally within 24-48hrs)

  • A 50% deposit is needed at least 2-5 business days prior to your booking date in order to start the project. (All projects are booked on the first come, first served basis)

    (Wedding deposits are required at least 3-5 weeks in advance) 

  • Your event photography will be shot on your selected shoot date.

  • The day the event photography is shot, we will collect final 50% balance from the client.

  • Once final payment is made, we will start on transferring your project deliverables via WeTransfer, email/google drive.

    (Please allow 24 - 48 hrs after final payment is completed for project deliverables transfer)

    If you cancel the event photography after deposit has been made, deposit will NOT be refunded

YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • Project and deliverables transferred to you via WeTransfer.com
