A: We provide commercial use and personal use graphic designs from Logos, Brand Identity Suites, Stationaries, Marketing Collateral, Billboards, Packaging, Clothing Designs, Flyers, Snapchat filters, and more
Q: What type of Website Design Services do you provide?
A: We provide commercial use and personal use Website Designs for any company or personal activities. We also provide front-end app design
Q: What is the Difference Between Commercial use & Personal Use?
A: Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction
Personal use encompasses a wide range of exciting possibilities—including educational or informative, scholarly, and personal projects that will not be marketed, promoted, or sold
Q: How does the branding procedure work?
A: We take the client through a consulting phase which includes our questionnaires and seek what options are best for its company/brand. Provide a quote based upon the need. Then apply the outcome to its designs, photography, and visuals to ensure its cohesiveness
Q: Describe your payment process.
A: Once pricing for project is determined, we will send you a billing invoice through PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to begin any project and at least 3-5 days prior to photography or visual shoots. Once the deposit is met, we will start on your project and send you a draft of your project for your verification. Once project is complete, we will send you the final bill. Final bill must be paid at least 24-48 hours after project is deemed completed. Once bill is complete, we will send over your completed project via WeTransfer for you to download.
Q: What is WeTransfer?
A: WeTransfer is an online based transfer service that we use in order to send files. Click the download link in order to download your files from any computer
Q: Can I use WeTransfer from my phone?
A: In most cases we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use WeTransfer from a computer in order to download your files. You may then save your files to any USB, disk, or hard drive. For smaller projects, you can download the WeTransfer App and download the files to your phone.
Q: How much will it cost to produce my project?

Q: What if I need a rush order for my project?
A: A fee will be applied to your order in order to completed it in a timely fashion
Q: What is a rush order?
A: A rush order is any order that needs to be completed within 7-10 days from the date of the 50% deposit has been met. (Some projects may differ)
Q: What if I don’t have Actors, Models, a Script, Treatment or any Logo idea on project?
A: We can setup a consultation for an additional charge to aid in creative direction and talent
