Champion Dreams Operations Process - Visual Production
1. Customer & CDP TEAM - Initial contact (inquiry) customer communicates project vision including what

they are trying to accomplish + budget.

  1. Customer - Sends visual aids + inspirations

  2. CDP TEAM - Budgeting & Price Phase + sets up tentative hooting date(s)

  3. Customer - Confirmation of Budget

  4. CDP TEAM- Sends Pay Pal invoice detailing all layouts of pricing + equipment list and policy.

  5. Customer - Pays 50% of balance (must be paid at least 7 - 12 days in advance to prepare crew + equipment)

7. CDP Team - Confirms shooting date and gets project timeline, employee listing, & equipment listing after deposit is paid by client.

8. CDP Team - Manages setup and project shoot
9. CDP Team - Shoots project
10.CDP Team - Editing phase
11. CDP Team - Uploads project into database and sends URL link to client via Vimeo.

12. Customer - Verifies project completion or request edits

(if edits are requested, then we go into revision phase)

13.Customer - Makes payment on remaining balance before receiving project transfer via WeTransfer.com (remaining 50% deposit)

14.CDP Team - If edits are not requested then the CDP team sends client-completed project via Champion Dreams – WeTransfer.

15.CDP Team sends over customer satisfaction survey.
