HOW THE TV COMMERCIAL PROCESS WORKS
AFTER COMPLETION OF THE QUESTIONNIARE
A Discovery Call and/or quote will be issued based upon the scope of the work and your deliverables.
A 50% deposit is needed at least 4-7 business days prior to your booking date in order to start the project. (All projects are booked on the first come, first served basis)
(Wedding deposits are required at least 3-5 weeks in advance)
Your visual production will be shot on your selected shoot date.
Once visual production is shot, we will collect another 25% balance from the client and start on post-production editing.
A rough draft link will be provided for you to view your visual project
1-2 revisions will be provided for you upon completion (stated in your invoice)
Please allow 5-8 business days to receive the first round draft after the initial deposit is made (or if otherwise specified)
We then collect final 25% payment and start on transferring your project deliverables.
Completed project will be sent via WeTransfer, email/google drive. (24-48hrs after final payment is completed)
If you cancel the visual process after the first round of drafts are made, the deposit will NOT be refunded.
